Rock Steady Boxing empowers people with Parkinson's Disease to fight back!
Rock Steady Boxing aims to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s Disease through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum. Parkinson’s Disease is a neurological condition that affects balance, strength, walking, and confidence. Rock Steady Boxing is effective at slowing the progression of these symptoms.
Bell City Boxing Club's Bill Williams & Jack Blasdell are both certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches. Bell City Boxing Club is proud to offer this program to those facing Parkinson's in Brantford and surrounding areas.
